Our dear friend Laura is going filmmaking in Greece in april. Ever modest and very essential as a friend and in our justPeople collective, she aims to shed light on the people who are stuck between borders and systems, juggling between basic needs, a family in a country in ruins, and hoping to get to a destination where they can rebuild their lives.
In terms of basic needs and safety, refugees, activists and humanitarian aid workers are still struggling every day in a situation that is still much more urgent than what we can see. Check out the video for a short introduction. For more information and to support, visit the crowdfunding page.

Dear friends, It’s been a year since camp Heumensoord opened and our community was born; a year full of uncertainties, struggle and frustrations, but also of togetherness, teamwork and action. When we came together for the first time, we were, of course, motivated by the urge to support. However, even more strongly we were motivated… Continue reading Looking back and looking forward: We celebrate one year of solidarity and mutual aid
Regularly, we visit the refugee camp Heumensoord with some coffee and tea. We wouldn’t have met a lot of the people who now are “justPeople” without this meeting point. We are there because we care. If you don’t have a bike, it can easily take an hour and a half to walk into the city… Continue reading We are there because we care
